We have limited positions for our Apprenticeship program. This program is popular. Putting time and effort into your application and video is important if you’d like to be seriously considered.
The application process involves the following:

Prepare a short video (2-3 minutes) introducing yourself to our team. Consider addressing the following questions. 1) Why are you interested in this program? 2) What do you hope to gain from this program? 3) Why is Rancho Mastatal particularly appealing to you?
If we feel that you’re a good candidate, we will make arrangements with you for a phone interview .
